For sale is a beautiful antique French map of the department Nievre from 1856. The map has a panorama of the capital Nevers, the coat of arms of the capital and a portrait of Adam Billaut (born in the department) as well as an image of his birthplace. The map is hand-colored. A very beautiful map with nice wide margins.
Dimensions: 22.5 x 28 cm
Condition: the map is in good condition (= only some minor signs of age)
Origin: La France et ses Colonies, published in Paris by Migeon (1856)
