Not completely satisfied with your purchase? You can return your purchase (free for Dutch customers) and receive a full refund. Below you can read how to return your purchase and the terms and conditions.
RETURN CONDITIONS
The following conditions apply for returns:
- Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to indicate that you wish to return your purchase.*
- Please return your purchase within 14 days of contacting us.
- Please package the item securely, preferably in the original packaging. Items damaged due to inadequate packaging will not be refunded.
* Contacting us first is not required, but it is very helpful. If you want to return the item without contacting us, please return it within 14 days of receipt.
RETURNS
Customers in the Netherlands can return their orders free of charge. You'll be responsible for any return shipping costs, and we'll reimburse the costs upon receipt of your return.
We will reimburse a maximum of the PostNL rate for shipping with track & trace.
Customers abroad must pay the return costs themselves.

You can also drop off your return in person. If the item doesn't fit through your mailbox, please schedule an appointment first.
REFUND
The amount refunded is the full purchase price (including shipping costs) plus any return shipping costs.
Within 2 working days of receiving your return, the amount will be transferred to your bank account.
