For sale is a rare French map of Egypt and the other countries around the Red Sea in the year 1851 with Sudan, Djibouti, Ethiopia and Saudi Arabia. The map is very detailed, zoom the photos for the best view. The decorative title has the year 1851 printed on it. It is a hand-colored copper engraving. Nice wide margins and very suitable for framing.
Dimensions: the card measures 51 x 69 cm
Condition: the map is in good condition. There is some light offsetting, most visible at the top left, see the third photo. The sturdy paper has two tiny wormholes (almost invisible), but is otherwise completely intact. Issued with a centerfold.
