The interior of Australia was still partly undiscovered and this map shows that well. The map shows the routes that explorers have taken with name and year. There are also comments such as 'large desert with stones' or 'large green plain' on the map. Please note: in German, because this is a German map. The map is hand-colored. At the bottom of the map is the year 1886 (in small letters).
