Beautiful antique map of northwestern Africa in 1886. On the one hand, the map is very detailed, on the other hand, the white spots on the map also clearly show that parts of the continent had not yet been mapped. The map is a hand-colored copper engraving. Beautiful wide margins and very suitable for framing.

Condition: good. The paper is somewhat browned by age, otherwise very good. Map is issued with centerfold.
